Complaints

From time to time you may wish to pass along your thoughts on various areas of the Garrison Golf and Curling Club. The following guidelines should help ensure that your issues are brought up to the proper governing body in a professional and timely manner.

  • Issues regarding staff or the Golf Business Operation should be addressed to the Operations Manager.
  • Issues regarding the Golf Club or the Golf Committee should be addressed to the Golf President.
  • If the issue is regarding the Golf President or the Operations Manager it should be addressed to the Senior Manager of PSP.

If at any time you are unsure of how to contact the responsible party you should direct your query to any member of the Golf Executive Committee.

Another option for feedback is to send email to office@ggcc.on.ca or use the suggestion box in the clubhouse located near the office.
